Formating Computer My Driver Cd Has Lost And I Cant Find It So How Can I Format My Computer

There,s no need to format ur computer
u can repair to get rid of the problem u r having, n if u don want to do this then -u can download ur driver by downloadin it from website just write the name of the model of ur motherboard and download it .

What driver CD have you lost ?? The computer maker one, or the Operating one ?
If you can get a knoppix cd you can format that drive thru knoppix enviroment...
If you have a floppy drive on that computer, you can use a Win 98SE floppy to format the drive
If you can get everything off that hard drive, you can format the drive with any other boot cd or boot floppy disk....

If it is only to format, for example a new HD:
Click on "Start", richt click "My Computer" click on "Manage" and than on "Disk Management".
Select the disk you want to format and do a "right click", select 'format' from the pop-up window and read the warning about loosing all data on the disk.
Eventually select the FORMAT of your formatting like "FAT32" or "NTSF" and OK.
After some time- depending a on the size of your HD- you will see a message that the disk is "Healty".
Close the lot and your HD is cleanly formatted.
