All the lights started flashing after fixed a paper jam

I had a paper jam, the paper was stuck in the back. After I took the paper jam out all the light started flashing, th Paper, Toner, Drum and Ready light. I had did a diagnosis last night and the drum was 59% and I just replaced the toner a month ago and only printed out about 500 pages. When the light started flashing I took the paper and the drum out and replaced it, also I unplugged the printer and nothing happened.
