Phone Hang while USB cable connects on i68 Sciphone

I've found a french site that talk about this issue... of i68 4G Factory Reset.

It's a forum page and they talk about FLASHING de memory of the phone with a special USB cable. We have to build the cable and all explanations is there with pics. I hope it helps.

yes you can but if your willing to pay for one here is a site you should look at here.

What you need is the usb cable driver whic by the way is the same for Cect i9, i9+, i68, i68+. Go to rapidshare and search for it. Now, you only need the driver for a flash data cable, a regular usb cable doesn't need driver, it should be recognize as mass storage device.

Find i68 drivers here.

Insert the plug let it finish not reading it. Restart your computer and it should work just fine.

switch on the phone, then connect to usb. on your phone you get 3 options, choose mass storage. on your pc, open explorer, and navigate to external disks. there should be 2 new ones; the first one is the memory card, the second the internal memory of the phone.
the drivers are 'generic' so no need for a cd.

You need to reformat the phone; here is what you need: 1. Flash data cable and driver for i68+ 2. Spiderman program. To buy the flash cable just go to www.mysciphoneshop.com

Try to type in the following code: *#0044# - this changes the SciPhone to english language.

You need to manually configure your i68 with your providers settings.
