L were driven when l hear noise l stop the car ,open the hood ,the starter was burning ;l disconec the battery.The nex day l bought a new starter but when we connect the battery inmidiate the engine start to rotate without the key,l check the swicht and the relays ,they are fine.please help me
Sounds like the Starter Solenoid is stuck. That is the device at the other end of the positive cable that goes to the starter. The positive cable from the battery goes to the other connection on the Solenoid. When you said the relays are fine, did you mean the Solenoid? The battery could not be getting any voltage unless the Solenoid, or the ignition switch, is bad. To find out which, disconnect the small wire (not the cable) going to the Solenoid, and then connect the cable to the starter like you did before. If it still cranks the engine, the Solenoid is the problem. If it doesn't, the ignition switch is the problem.
Seems like the start wire is being fed by 12v --check the start wire for shorting to a hot wire ,maybe the at the starter harness connector.With the start wire disconnected check voltage at the start wire end--should have no voltage.Good-luck

You have the polarity of the battery backward somewhere. Did you replace the starter and hook it up backwards. Difficult but possible. Check your positive and negative on the battery itself.
Not good. Better have that car checked out asap by a qualified electrician since you have a nasty situation there. Smells like a massive short has invaded your car.
check the door jamb sensors and the hood and trunk open sensors one could be bad causing thr security system to engage are all of the doors locking when you press the lock does it say trunk ajar? ckeck under the hood as well because if the car thinks the hood is open the security may trigger also because thieves can pop the hood anddisconect the battery so some cars have a hood pop sensor they should look like a little.black button somewhere near the front
I would be checking for the main lead to the battery /starter to ensure that it has not burnt though on the exhaust or has not worn through and been shorting out. The clicking noise would ne the solenoid moving but the current is not getting to the starter. Check the condition of the battery. Shorting of the cable will take the current away from the electrics so the engine would stop. The battery will have to be load tested to ensure that it has not been damaged.
Sounds like the solenoid. You know you have Roadside Assistance with your new Hyundai. Have it towed in and get it diagnosed & repaired under warranty.
When your solenoid receives a voltage signal from the ignition you can hear a "click" when it engages. If your engine turns over like it wants to start or you hear a clicking or a buzzing under the hood your starter works. If you turn your lights on after starting and they work it's not electrical at all. If you try to start it and you hear a high pitch whining type of noise and then your battery dies, then the teeth on your flywheel are gone. The starter will just spin there and it will drain your battery with a quickness.
When did you change the timing belt last?
Have you checked to be sure the cable from battery plus terminal is secure and tight as it runs to the starter?
I would check the battery cables - if the starting current is too high and the cable is corroded or loose, the starter solenoid and starter motor might not be getting any current.
I run a heavy duty battery jumper cable from the positive battery terminal direct to the positive starter terminal. If the starter turns, the problem is in the electrical connection in between.
Another idea - there are fusible links under the hood designed to blow when overloaded. One of these might be out.
did you replace the wires too or just the starter
