Avid doesn't exist any more as it was bought out. The company that might have support information and your manual is called Alliance Sports Group:

AVID went out of business. I tried doing some digging to find something, but its pretty scares. Are you able to get part of it installed and then come to a roadblock? or are you looking for help to get going...These are for the most part pretty straightforward to put together.
