Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
I have a 6gb Phillips mp3 player, and it used to work great. Now every time I turn it on, it begins to tick like a clock and the screen says "please connect player to pc". It won't say anything else but that...so I thought maybe it was just dead. I charged it and it still says the exact same thing. I connect it to my pc and my pc won't recognize it. So it can't be detected by my cpu, but it can't play because it says it needs to be connected to my computer. I've also tried more than one cpu, so it's definitely the mp3 player. Any suggestions? I'd appreciate any ideas you guys might have.
Smash it to peices

My gogear hdd082/17 isn't compatible with vista or WMP 11. Yours may not be either. Seems the company doesn't mind it's equipment being useless after 2 years (it probably would've busted before then, if it hadn't spent most of its life in a drawer).
