    No power...had it working

I had mine running for a 'test' backup with 100+GB of data. I came down in the morning and it was not powered on. Tried a reboot and another PC, and nothing...no power. I happen to have a power supply on an other external drive that was the same output (12V 2A positive polarity) and the drive magically came back. The power supplies are suspect on these at best. WD is sending me a new one. I will see if the new one can last and hope I just got a lemon of a power supply. Let's hope they don't have supplier issue with the cheap feeling power supplies.

Well try laving the power of the drive for about a day so the device can reset. Before using it again turn off the computer and plug the hard drive into the computer and then turn everything on at the same time. If nothing that please post for more help.

Why is the green light going on and off on my senaphone modle 400?

I'm assuming this is the System On LED on the Sensaphone 400. That would indicate that the unit is in standby mode. All you will need to do is Press the [Run/Standby] key this will turn the Sensaphone back On. The system On LED on the Sensaphone 400 & 800 flash when the device is in standby mode, solid lit when the device is On. If these units are in standby, they do not recognize alarms nor do they pick up the phone on a dial in.

Here is a link to the manual if needed

Doesn't spin & Power light flashes red to green

This situation indicates a problem with the built-in self tests. Most likely a power supply failure. I don't believe it is economically feasible to replace the power supply. If it is still under warranty, I'd go through the procedure to get it repaired/replaced. Otherwise, you'll need to replace the unit.

Drive stopped working

I had the same problem - green light on power cord but when plugged in the green light would go off and the hard drive would do nothing. I took it into Geek Squad finally and it turned out that the problem was hard drive casing, which I had to have replaced.

Benq PB6200 projector lamp or other problem

Hi there

I replaced a Mainboard on a BenQ PB6210 just yesterday - had all the same symtoms.

No LED lights coming on but the rest of the buttons has light.

Tried every other component from the lamp to the colourwheel , but the Mainboard replacement fixed it in the end.

You'll be looking at about $95 for the part
