There is a Parking brake wire at harness light green wire that is supposed to be grounded out by parking brake. If wire is connected to ground Video should work fine. Refer to Owners manual on this Parking brake Issue.

I took my panasonic cq-c8303u out of my jeep and put it in my civic hooked all the wires up right but no power to my deck whats could the problem be?

Check the in line cylinder fuse for the radio, cause they blow easy. Also, check the radio fuse under the dash or wherever your fuse box is located. Make sure you solder the connections for a good contact, cause just wrapping electrical tape around the wires will cause you problems down the road when you go over bumps.

Eed master reset code for dvd stereo panasonic CQ-VD7005U. THIS dvd stereo was made in 2007. need a 4 digit master code

Unfortunately there is no original default code for this particular unit. At initial setup this unit gives an option of whether or not to set a security code and the first code that you input at that time is now retained by the unit.

It is electronically locked so that a thief cannot use the stolen unit unless that person knows the code you have set.

Therefore it is not a simple process of selecting the original factory default code. Neither can the unit be decoded or cracked as the initial code you entered is personalized and is not associated with the unit through any other database.

Therefore the only answer here to reactivate this unit is to return it to your nearest Panasonic service centre to be reset.

Panasonic CQ C1100U amp output?

Yes, the Panasonic CQ-C1100U can be connected to a 2-channel amp. It has a single set of preamp outputs. I'm attaching an image of the connection shown in the Panasonic user manual. The appropriate connection is the one without the dashed line. The dashed line showing a 2nd set of outputs only applies to the 1110, 1120, and 1200 models.

Hope this helps. If it does, please rate as "FixYa". Thanks!
