Color need to be adjusted

You have to open the door all the way. Take note as to weather the cartridge doors close as you open the printer. If the toner cartridge doors do not close while you are opening the printer up you have a major problem. Call a tech.

When you put in a "new" cartrage the printer sens an electrical charge to the cartrage to set it up properly. So I would treat this as a new cartrage, rather than a refilled one. Go to the printer menu and re install the ink cartrage in question, it should recognise it and start the function as a new one, good luck

if you have a spare cartridge try with it..if it works fine..then its a defective colour cartridge...try cleaning the cartridge with a damp paper towel..if that does not fix the issue..contact tech support...your cartridge would be replaced if in warranty

in your printer menu there should be a option for cleaning the printer heads. if not you need to remove the cartrages and clean yourself with rubbing alcohol. also clean off the cartrages also.this should get rid of the saturation problem.let me know if this helped.
