REFIG WONT COOL FREEZER WORKS

As a general condition of what you describe for almost any refrigerator...
check to see if the small circulation fan inside the freezer compartment is working. It should be running and circulating the cold air in the freezer compartment as well as sending some cold air over to the other side where normal food is kept. You may need to replace the fan motor which is a common fault with refrigerators. You may hear it squeel a noise if it still turns the fan blades or it may be quiet and not run at all.
Also most units have adjustable baffles to control the air that goes to the other side see that they are set to allow lots of air circulate. Also...there are on some units a knob that controls the "balance" of air...see that it is adjusted properly.

If the temperature in the freezer is 0 degrees and there is no circulation I think you need to unplug and remove the rear panel in freezer to expose what is blocking your air flow to the fresh food side. There is a vent duct between the 2 sides and we need to see if an autodamper or ice is blocking the circulation. I will also send you the service manual link but I think we better try looking behind the freezer back first. Some models like yours came with a manual damper to open and close and some came with auto dampers. I will help you out but you may need to do these things to let me know what is going on back there.
