I lost the manual and instruction booklet (i received the frame for christmas and my computer crashed so i havent been able to use it til now)i don't know where to begin

Go to Navigon home page and click on support. on right side click on product user guides and find your model. It is a large manual so i downloaded and save to a disk for reference.
