I am trying to connect a Sharx IP security camera

I am trying to connect a Sharx IP security camera to an AT&T 2Wire Gateway Router. I have given it a MAC permission, and a DMZ route I believe. And given what I believe are the correct TCP and UDP port numbers. It shows up in my router control panel as an inactive device.

Check for TCP port number and IP number also.
