If it's one of the two fan motors, if the fan blades aren't hitting somthing such as a wire or ice buildup, you'll just have to replace the motor. If it's the compressor making the noise you can either put up with the noise till it stops working or go ahead and get it repaired. Compressor work and replacement don't come cheap.
