Hold down TV button at top of remote until other buttons on top row light up.
Press red power (big one) then press channel up repeatedly until tv turns off.
Press # button on bottom right to set the new code.
It might only take a few channel ups before you find the right code but it may take a hundred. If you go thru all of the codes in the remote the tv button will start flashing quickly to indicate you have done so.
When you are all finished just remember to press and release the sat button up top to control the Dish receiver once again.
