Question about Panasonic NN-H764 Microwave Oven
About five seconds after we start the microwave it has a strange rattling sound to the right. This microwave has worked fine since we bought it about a year ago. It still heats the food but we are concerned.
It happened to me also, I read in the manual to take out the plate and roller ring and wash them - seems it could be a bit of build up that we can hardly see.....

If it's less than a year old, it should be under warranty, and I wouldn't open it. I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer. You can find one here:
It may be a failing turntable motor, fan motor, but it really merits close inspection.
This is an inverter-based model, and due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.
