The console will not accept any game. Every time I try to put a game in the console you can hear the unit sound like its spinning, but when you tip the unit the game simply falls out. Do you know what could cause this?

try another disc or two, try standing the xbox vertically or laying it horizontally, open the tray and check from obstructions, perhaps blow air into it, and if this behavior continues contact microsoft support as the unit is likely damaged.

This can be caused by a dirty laser in the drive. Try cleaning the laser with a q-tip and alcohol. If this does not fix the problem, the laser may need to be replaced. Contact Nintendo and see if the unit is still under warranty.
When the disks were put in/taken out the little plastic clips in side the wii may have broken off. Might be stuck near the motor. Gently shake while rotating the the wii with all the cords off with no game inside. listen for anything loose. If your lucky the piece will go to another part of the wii. Best thing is to find someone to take it apart to check.
Did you check to make sure you have the disk facing the right way? If that isn't the problem then try resetting it. Open the small door that you put a SD card into. It is located on the front of the console. There is a red button in there. This is used to reset your system. Hopefully this will work. Good luck.
If Wii gives Disc Read Error, first step you need to check is to try
another disc or clean the exisitng disc. This will confirm that problem
is with either Wii or Disc. If the console itself is giving disc read
error then it needs to be repaired. You may check out DIY Wii Fix Guide,
that will show step by step information to fix the problem yourself. It
also gives information on fixing many Wii Related Problems, so its a
