When my phone comes on it kicks me off my internet

if you have dial up (meaning your computer physically dials into the internet) you will get kicked off as your phone will try to use the same line as your modem, if you have broadband that uses your phone line you will need ADSL filters, this is a small box with a wire that connects the phone socket in the wall and the plug on the box is where you plug the phone into, if you have many phones or fax machines they will all need these filters. good luck
