There are plenty of instruction videos on YouTube about belt replacement, look at a few of them, if you can't find the specific make of your deck.

i have a new out of box belt witht he same # you need. I will have it on ebay soon if you are interested let me know. It wil be $40 plus shipping.

What is the model number of the dryer.

Place the rubber band around the turntable and put a paper clip, bent up behind the rubber band. Start the turntable on it's spindle and you will be able to view that drive spindle on the right side, slowly pull the rubber band with the paperclip and drop over the drive spindle. remove paperclip and push turntable down seating it and replace the lock snap.
