Problem for Fuji FinePix A360 Digital Camera

Green flashing light, camera won't turn on, batteries are new

Not happy with this camera, ti stopped working in the middle of my Carribean vcacation. There's a green flashing light and the camera won't turn on. I connected it to the comuter to see if I could salvage pics and nothing happens when I connect it to the computer.

I've had problems with blurry pictures, only landscape and daylight pictures come out right.
