Down load what you need for your computer/ only down load the critical Upates for your computer.



or u can do this:

To Install:



1) right click: iuctl.cab



2) click extract to



3) enter the location where you want the files to go and click -ok



4)go to location you just entered and right click -iuctl.inf.



5) click install



Than you will have windowsupdates installed on your computer.
