My son purchased Samsung Mobile C 5233for Rs.9500/- on 03-06-2009 and is non-functional now and shown to the concerned service centres at Jammu(J&K) and the dealer from whom it is purchased but in vain. Samsung Service centres & dealer shown inability to get my problem solved due to non=availability of spares.It is very surprising for company like samsung has such type tactics of harrasing its customers after sales service. This may be a 1977 product. I find no source for a service manual for it other than above and am not sure of a perfect match at that. The Panasonic site and its community links do not list the model currently. One might call the support number and ask if they carry old service manuals for sale but that well may be fruitless. I do not find the model for sale on ebay, either.
I would suggest you to visit a Mobile Repairing shop and get it unlocked. This is the easiest and fastest, and as you know there are many mobile repairing shops everywhere in India. There might be several tips and tricks, but you should at least know the security code (if you know that, you might have unlocked it). They will charge you a small fee for the service between Rs.50 to Rs.200 (varies from shop to shop).

I am sorrry you have had a bad deal but Your product had warranty for 5 years. Hence if you are unhappy with the service, the poor after sales service , please lodge a complaint to the nearest consumer protection complaint with all the details , specially yourr trauma and poor service , and I am sure your dealer/ company will come and sort out the issue immediately.All power products must have build in safety and no company can insist that a stabiliser is required. phone lock cost depends upon availability and the goodness of the service people. I got it changed for 115 rs. Board and socket connection, am not sure. But if u ask me, better buy a new one than spend this much amount.
