Check if the battery is loose. If not, try using another battery just to isolate the problem.
It could also be a firmware issue or a hardware problem.
You may contact the HTC Tech Support and see on how you can upgrade the firmware.
If you got the same problem, then bring it to a cellphone repair shop.
