What kind of power cord should i use for Fargo Persona c30 printer

my distributor says there are no Windows 7 drivers for Persona c30. They do not have drivers for the successor c30e for win 7.

Hey I hope you can help me, My c30 persona printer is task, theres a badge inside and cant get out, what can I do?

How many prints have been down on the unit?
the most common problem could be the rollers need replacing or a problem with the ribbon sensor. We do repairs and also repair under warranty, How old is your printer?

currently there are no drivers available on fargos website for the drivers.
you can try the older version, but no guarantee it will work.

the new fargo printers coming out will support windows 7.

you probably have a scratch on the printhead.

Try a sensor calibration, its done through the printer drivers.

You need to be a little more precise on your question, I am not sure if you are asking for new drivers for the c30 or firmware? or you have it already and dont know what to do. I'll assume its the first.

go to www.fargo.com to download the latest printer drivers for your C30. Also the firmware is up to 4.6.3 i believe.

The only drivers available are Windows 2000 and XP and Windows 98/ME.
