Relay clickind when in standby PS42A456

The Samsung TV power on relay intermittently clicks on/off, sometimes the TV nearly comes on, and then it stops.

There is no regular time period in between clicks.

I have fitted a switch in the cord to turn it completley off as this problem is driving me daft.

Should be under warranty, as it has been doing this from new.

Sureley there is an easy sort out for this, or thy'll have to admit it is a design fault!
