Problem for Zebra TLP 2844-Z Thermal Label Printer

Printing only same no of labels when reading from database.

We are reading the no of labels to be printed from a database, the printer is printing the no of copies that are given to the first label set. All labels that follow are not printed. All staff concerning database is working properly but it seems there is an option in settings that I am not able to catch that may be causing the problem.
