Go to www.honeywell.com and search their data base for your model of thermostat. You wil need all the numbers of your thermostat to be able to search. Once you find it, download the installation manual.
Good Luck.

How to Set time on a rth6500wf

Press Done on the thermostat if you aren't at the home screen. Then press Set Clock/Day Schedule at the bottom left of the touch screen. Then use the up/down arrows on the right to set the time. Press Set Day (second from the right on the bottom of the touch screen) then use the up/down arrows to set the Day of the week. Press Done to exit the set clock menu. (Alternatively, press Set Schedule to continue to set your thermostat to your daily schedule.)

Honeywell has the manual available on their site: http://yourhome.honeywell.com/home/ . Enter the model number in the search box to find the available manuals. See page E36 (28 of the PDF).

I hope this helps.

If the thermostat is wired correctly, and matched to the type of heat you have ie electric, heat pump, boiler, forced air, gas or oil, the heat should run in either Fan ON or AUTO. Maybe you can explain your system a little more in depth...furnace type, M#, & thermostat brand w/ M#.

My Honeywell Thermostat won't stay at the temp that I set it at!

You are likely running a schedule. When you go to tstat and change the temp it is a temporary setting that will expire in a given amount of time. 1, 2 3 hours etc. "HOLD" can sometimes bypass the schedule, "RUN" returns to the schedule. Not sure what model tstat you have but you have to exit your schedule.

Mystery message "wait" appears above "following schedule" display line on our Th8000. Ac does not come on even when temperature is in range. Fan operates ok. Is "wait" setting one I can reset? Maybe a compressor issue rather than thermostat? Thanks

Dont know how to program stat rth230b

you need to press the up-down buttons until the desired temperature is displayed or, if you want to maintain the temperature by a energy-saving schedule: press mode, and then you have 4 different periods to set up the temperature for.

Permanent hold message on thermostat

press run program.... from there, set the schedule for maximum efficiency. permanent hold only shows up after the hold button has been pressed 2-3 times. If this does not fix the issue, there is a master reset button on the thermostat that will set all settings back to factory default.

Non-deletable schedule in VisionPRO TH8000

The thermostat has a function called "Adaptive Intelligent Recovery".

This feature allows the thermostat to learn how long the furnace and air conditioner take to reach programmed temperature settings, so the temperature is reached at the time you set. For example: Set the Wake time to 6 am, and the temperature to 70°. The heat will come on before 6 am, so the temperature is 70° by the time you wake at 6.

You can turn off this function. Download the installation guide at the next link:
http://customer.honeywell.com/honeywell/ProductInfo.aspx/TH8321U1006
and look for funcion number 0530 Adaptive Intelligent Recovery. In this manual you also find the way to do a reset with the function number 0710.

I hope this solves your problem.
