I had the same problem and called Samsung. They also told me that I had to replace the $80 part for the siver care. I then decided to remove the top and found out that when I removed the hoses to check the screen and reinstalled the hoses, I was turning the complete valve system inside the machine thereby pulling out three of the wire connectors to the valve and the silver care part. This gave me the 7E error. I repositioned the valve and reconnected the wires and it all works fine now. I recommend to anyone that when connecting hoses that you open up the top and restrain the valve system from rotating to prevent this from happening.

Silver care button is jammed

Call the warranty company. If you try and repair it yourself, Samsung may void your warrantee. The silver care hasn't run out, and the service company will usually have to replace the interface or the button. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists

Ge top load washer

Model number is on the top of the control panel on a white or silver sticker. It sounds like you have a bad timer, probably about $100 for the timer, maybe a little less.

Samsung WF337AA Front Loader

Hi Ya, I had exactly the same problem with my washer. 7E means that the water supply has stopped or is too weak. So I unscrewed the water hoses at the rear of the machine (turn water taps off first) and removed the little filters from the inlets on the machine by **** them out with a small screwdriver.. I then cleaned the filters out with a small brush and hot water, refitted them and HEY Presto!! All fixed. Good Luck Greg NZ
