Question about Samsung SGH-D500 Cellular Phone
Our Chinese Homestay Student gave me her 'old' mobile phone (SGH-D508) when her father bought her a new generation (buttonless) phone. problen is, I can't read the Chinese manual ! Where can I get a manual in English? (In New Zealand) Button pushing and finger poking is very much a hit and miss affair!
If you have to learn Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to use your phone, you're on a loser.
Get a new phone or ask a bilingual China-man to change the language on the phone... Bloody good luck to you. Ray x

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
