Could be loose speaker in Ear end. or loose wires inside or
loose or bad wires going to the phone.
You can take it apart and try things or while talking wiggle the cord
and see if it makes the noise . or while talkin , hit the ear end with
your knuckle and see if that is where the problem is.
Probably best to buy a new phone for $10 or get one at Goodwill
or the thrift store

08 Civic EX, valves became noisy at60K, valves quiet after warmup. They will probably still be noisy after I adjust them. Would the cause be excessive wear on the valves stem ends and rockers?

If there were no wear, the valves wouldn't need adjusting. The reason for periodically adjusting the valves is to compensate for the wear that the valve train undergoes over the life of the engine. Be optimistic! Have confidence that adjusting the valves will reduce the noisy valves.

1999 mustang base v6 noisy rear above 50 mph

check the "u" joints and check that the drive shaft flanges have been properly fitted to the pinion flange or that the "u"joints have been properly fitted into the pinion "ears " of the pinion.. Check that the correct grade of oil was used in the diff and it has the correct amount. New out of the factory diff should not be noisy but if you have a new rebuilt diff then it is possible that the gear mesh is not correct or used gears were used where the best mesh was obtained.

Noisy engine, probably due to tension bearing adjustment?

They can be noisy, my rodeo sounds like a diesel. But, it might be something else, belt tensioners usually only tap, one time every rpm, valves might make more racket, rods sound like a snare drum under neath the car, check the oil, the sound should be coming from the front of the engine. Water pumps, alternators, ac comp, all can be noisy. Turn off the ac when listening. Watch out for the fan. A long screwdriver or a piece of wood with ear against the end will quickly find a noisy part.

My daughter and I both have motorola rivals and both have an issue with garbled sound. We end up screaming to each other. Its sounds like mumbling

Screaming or yelling into a cell phone saturates the digital codec in it and WORSENS the problem. Music also confuses the audio hardware. DO NOT have music in the background.

Turn down the received volume and avoid noisy areas and see if that doesn't improve the quality of the sound.

Brand new pump that i bought it from store and i installed myself but it makes a distinctiv noise. emerson 230 v 1 hp.

is it the water going through the wet end or is the motor making the funny sound?
If the motor is sounding funny then you may have a bad motor. if the wet end is sounding really noisy then the motor may not be matching the size of the wet end as far as the HP. make sense? if your motor is bigger than the rating on the wet end it is pushing way too much water it is will be very noisy.

Noisy rear bearing?

Is isnt the rear end it would be very bad shaking and wouldnt last long because it would throw a bearing out. So its most likly the wheel bearing and you can just take it to a local automotive shop.
