your problem sounds like you have bad capacitors on your monitors power board. once you start it, they do not have enough capacitance to give to start the monitor, but after letting it for some 10ish minutes or so, they capacitate enough to start. even then, after some time, they will lose the capacitance because they are feeding the monitor in constant power when the power from the outlet drops a bit, but being bad - they will shut off your monitor. some repair shops can change capacitors only, others would make you change the all power board
look you have to either change or take it to the service centre.this problem is related to the pixcel of your monitor.this occur due to the fluctuation in the voltage signal.this cant be removed easliy.
that may be the problem of cpu disconnect the signal cable and observe the massage that "no signal check the signal cable "if that massege appears then monitor is ok problem lies in the cpu
