Water on washer on cold real slow

Hi, yes you are right, it,s your dual water solenoid valve, but before replacing it, remove/disconnect from machine, and put it apart, check to see if anything get between, valve and plunger, could be just mechanical, after cleaning replace valve and test machine, if same problem continues, change water solenoid valve, could be faulty.(burnt out coil) always unplug/disconnect your machine/washer before attempting any repairs. .good luck

Yes, if the screens are clean then it is most likely the solenoid, most likely on the cold water side. It can be tested for continuity with a multimeter or ohmmeter. A lack of continuity will mean a bad one and the water inlet valve assy will need replaced. Best wishes.
