Razr V3 wont operate out of the box

flops back and forth between charging and fully charged. As soon as you pull the battery, no power. Only once did I get to the "Hello Moto" screen, after about 30 seconds, it turned off.

Sounds like your battery has dropped a cell
try replacing the battery
