If so, did you download a theme?
If so, try disabling Winterboard.

This is what you need to do. Double-tap on your iPhone's screen using 3 fingers. That way, the screen will go back to normal size.
In case you want to enlarge it, you just do the same thing.

the problem is the setting of format.you record it again, but you need to set the format.like, for wide screen 16:9.choose the most suitable screen format for you.but, just to be sure,choose letter box or LB. you can find the setting in the menu or set-up
Near the bottom is a box that says "Screen Resolution" , to make the stuff on the screen smaller , slide the bar toward the right and hit apply. You may need to slide it over a couple of times to make the display look correct on your screen.
right click on desktop and click the properties in the display dialog box go to appearance tab and click it then in the below you will see font size make it normal then click on apply then ok
