TV was hooked up to cable and it only gets 3 channels, how can I get the rest of the channels?

If your tv has the digital tuner and you want to use a antenna, select the customer menu either from the remote or from the front of the tv if available then select the channel scan or channel program settings, this will set the available channels into the tv memory, if you have an older tv(no digita tunning) you will need a digital converter box(avail thru most electronics stores or elect. dept. stores for about 40 dll) you will need to program the box but most of these boxes have a good on screen detailed description on the setting up procedure.
