Question about Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS Receiver
How or Can I import mp3's into My mp3 portion of My Garmin Nuvi 660?
This works well but if you copy the MP3 to a directory on the SD card. the GPS mp3 player cannot see it!

Use the USB cable supplied with your Garmin GPS and plug the small end of the cable into your GPS and the other end (USB plug) into any USB port on your PC. Windows should detect the USB device and now show the Garmin GPS as being a removable drive in your Windows directory. All you have to do is locate a MP3 file on your PC and drop and drag it into the drive number that WIndows has assigned the GPS. You can also right-click on the MP3 file, select "COPY" and then click on the Windows drive number assigned to the GPS, go into that directory and right-click "PASTE" to copy the MP3 file to the GPS. The GPS will only play "TRUE" MP3 files.
