    Keyboard flashes twice every second.

Same problem here; repeated two-flash pattern is supposed to indicate that device is 'discoverable', but it isn't.  Tried new batteries & letting it sit w/o batteries, to no avail.

Didn't use it for some weeks, cleaned the keys and vacuumed it, then put fresh batteries into and ... nothing happens.
Green light flashes, keyboard gets recognized but doesn't respond to the pairing ... can't type in the requiered numbers.

SOURCE: Just bought an Apple Wireless Keyboard. Everything

Just take it to the service centre with the cash memo. They will surely exchange it with a new one. It will be cheaper than repairing it.

SOURCE: I use MacBook Pro (OS

Make sure to run all available software updates as there's probably a firmware update for your keyboard you need to download.

If there isn't or the problem persists afterwards, you'll need to go into Apple Menu > System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Keyboard and uncheck 'Use all F1, F2 etc. keys as standard function keys.'

Good luck!

New mouse does not connect saitek wireless notebook mouse s/n:ho83671834

HI,

You have to manually pair the mouse with the dongle.

Follow this steps and retry them a few times and it will work:

  • Plug the dongle in.
  • Press the button on the dongle for two seconds so that the green light flashes on and off.
  • Press the button on the underside of the mouse once (short press).
  • Wait for the mouse to pair.
  • If it doesn't pair, press the button underneath the mouse once to continue scanning.
The whole process shouldn't take longer than 10 seconds

Hope it helps...

Lights are on but mouse doesn,t work.Inland wireless mouse and keybord. Keyboard works great.

Check with fresh batteries.. Did you sync the mouse with transciever? Push tiny button on transceiver, (maybe hold for few seconds) light flashes quickly.. then push tiny button under the mouse, light stops flashing. Try few times, maybe otherway round. If still not work consider defective.

When you say you pressed the connect buttons on both the keyboard and mouse, do you mean you pressed the connect button on the receiver, and then you pressed the connect buttons on the mouse and keyboard? If not, then that's what you have to do. The 30 seconds of blinking on the receiver is normal, as it gives you time to find and press the buttons on the mouse and keyboard.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
