Quiet partner ii just stopped

I have a whirlpool quiet partner ii and it stopped mid-cycle. There is still water in the bottom. I check the circut breaker (inside and outside) nothing tripped. I removed the kick plate, but I don't know what i am looking at or for. I was looking for frayed or bad wires but nothing is wrong.

Most likely it has an internal fuse or relay gone bad. Check the curcuit w/ a "glow stick" power identifier available at Lowes or Home Depot.

Whirlpool dishwasher doesn't make the regular sound

The problem could be a clogged water line or intake valve. Check the lines and make certain they are open and flowing.

Whirlpool quiet partner II stops running or won't complete it's was cycle, sometimes is will wash for a few minutes and stop or it will stop before the water even starts to flow.

I had the same problem with my dishwasher. After hearing that the motherboard was the problem I decided to take a closer look. There were two capacitors (1000 microfarads, 6.3 volts) that looked a little suspect. The tops of capacitors should be flat...these looked like soda cans that had been left in the freezer. Got on eBay, located the capacitors for roughly $3 and $4 shipping, for approx total of $10. Soldered the two new capacitors into the motherboard and put it back together. As soon as I closed the door, the dishwasher started draining the water. When I ran a Normal cycle it completed successfully. Saved myself over $120!

Whirlpool quiet partner ii dishwasher has quit working. Power is getting to the dishwasher but it is not coming on at all. There is water standing in the bottom of it and a very foul smell is present.

This dishwasher has a thermal fuse that attaches to the main control board that may have failed, it can be tested with a meter for continuity if it does not have continuity then it is your problem.

I have the Whirlpool Quiet (??) Partner II. My

Have this same problem with my Whirlpool DU1145XTBA. Found out that when you start the unit, it fills with water. If the water does not rise above the filter mesh in the bottom center of the unit then the pump doesn't have enough water to supply pressure to the upper sprayer. Had to replace the Flow Meter. It tells the unit how much water to supply to the unit.
