My thomson phone loses it's connection with the base and will not register calls or allow you to use it (until unplugging and pluggin back in). Is there any way to fix this? We have 2 and they both do it.

The problem is that the batteries lose strength over time. You could invest in new batteries but my recommendation would be to replace the set because all of the circuitry, like the batteries deteriorates over time.

No there is not much you can do. It is a static charge buildup and this brand is more prone to it then others.
