Ive got an old laptop and i wanted to connect it to the internet.
I bought a wireless d link DIR - 300 router and it is connecting via ethernet but not wireless.
Could someone please help me ASAP
With your answers could you please explain how to get into the things to change it.

Some questions for you..
1. Do you know if the laptop has wireless capability ( since you said its an old laptop ) 2. If there is built in wireless in the laptop, please chk if there is any wireless switch that you might have to power on 3. If its an external wireless card, please make sure that the drivers are installed in it. 4. Log on to the web interface of the router and check if you can change the wireless channel in the router. Change it to channel 11
