Sir,
I have purchased
one new computer on 29th MAY 07 from M/S S.S Computer,(1st.floor
,Sahani Bhawan,Link Road,cuttack-12,Orissa),which has the cash invoice No.RTL01199/05-06,
On date 29/05/07.After 3 month from the date of purchase the PC
became defective .The complain was lodged on 22/08/07 ,Your service mechanic
attended the defects & replaced the major spare MOTHER BOARD. After 3
month again the computer notice defects ,the complain was made accordingly,
Then same mechanic attend the defect & replaced the ADOPTER , on date
16/11/07.Again the system Defects on date 23/01/08. Then on date 28/01/08 the
computer mechanic replaced the defected KEYBOARD. Again on 15/04/08 after
complain your service engineer change the defected RAM .And now the system
is on defect condition.
In the above cases
the customer harassed, like anything. I had already mentioned my feelings in
the Service call reports and I required to
replacing the system to new one. As
such I can able to avail the Service features within warranty and after
warranty what shall I do please suggest I am not satisfy the performance of the
system available with me.
Under the above
circumstances it is required to ,please consider to replace the system with new
one as to retain the good will of the company or else I will have to go for a
consumer case against the company for black listing.
NOTE:
I have
lodged complain for more than 4 times within warranty and & please suggest
how to manage .The computer after warranty is over and it is also not possible
to spend much amount frequently .Request to change the entire set to avoid the
mental tension of the poor customer and to continue the computer work with
hope.
