Put the Micro SD card into your phone and transfer the pictures to it. Once you have transferred the pictures, take the card out of your phone and put it into the SD Adapter and then into the USB Adapter. Once you have done that plug the USB Adapter into your computer and wait for it to load. After waiting a few seconds, click start, my computer, then double click on the SD card icon. Your pictures should load and you should be able to transfer them to your computer.
use a program called recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva) to see if you can pull any lost info form it. id recommend reformatting with hp usb format tool. if both those programs don't detect a usb drive its broken but you may get a new one form dane-elec if you contact their customer support. personal experience in replacing 4+ usb drives form lexar through customer care
Try it in a different computer or even a different usb port on the computer that you are using. If a second computer gives you the same error, then the drive is either damaged or its filesystem is corrupted. In the first case there is not much you can do. In the second case you may be able to reformat it to make it work, but you would lose any data that was on it.
try to plug it in another port at the back of your CPU plug it directly to the motherboard, if it does not work try to use another card reader, check your micro card if it is put correctly to the card reader,
There should be a little switch on your memory card reader, if it is facing down, your card is locked. Push it up and then you should be ready to go. :)
what happens when you attempt to access it Errors? Need more detail
