When i try to open microsoft money, a screen with a Microsoft Money 2007 online services police appears, when I click accept then the floowing message appears: "money was unable to load the registration library.dll"

it is either missing or corrupt. It might also depend on what op system you are using too 2007 is old now and with some of the newer Servicepacks it may be incompatible

It looks like the Microsoft Money installation may have been corrupted by the installation (or removal) of another application.

You could try the following:

Copy the following files from the installation CD to the MNYCoreFiles folder on your computer:
- eularegn.dll
- wkernlng.dll
[OR] Reinstall Microsoft Money. MNYCoreFiles
