Picture looks fine on camera viewer - but...

I have an Olympus FE300 - which uses an XD card. I bought this FE300 to replace my Olympus Stylus710. Strange issue - when I few the picture on the camera viewer - it's fine. When I transfer the images to my PC - they look fine at first BUT as they continue to load/transfer - they CHANGE! The get divided - horizontally! Divided into 2 or 3 or 4 sections. Sometimes the color changes in different sections - sometimes it's just white washed out looking. If I take the SAME XD card and load the pics onto another computer - it does differently! It still divides pictures - but it divides them differently!! (not the same # of divides or color etc)... I have taken the same XD card to 3 different PCs andit will divide the same photo differently all 3 times! It's doing it on all the XD cards that I have. I bought a new camera and new XD cards and it's still doing it!!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME :) Amy
