how do you do a cold reset on this printer (canon imageRunner c3220)?
Problem for Canon imageRUNNER C3220 Printer
Cannot send doc to iR C3220 scanner address
I am using fixed IP address for the printer/scanner/copier. I add address for the scanner as usual. However the C3220 cannot send the file (SMB) to the PC. (the Host : \\computer1 path \scanner which is a folder in the computer1) send scanned doc to email has not problem.
