Look inside the freezer at the back panel. Is it covered with ice? If it is you most likely have a bad defrost heater and the ice has stopped you fan. If not you will need to replace the fan

- You will have to replace the fan motor. Find your model number and go to this site. http://www.partselect.com/ They will have what you need at a fair price and they take credit cards.Please rate this solution if it was helpful.

- If you have not got 110v coming to fan, You either have a bad door switch or a bad timer.It's hard to diagnose these over the computer and with so little information. But I try to help. If I was there and see it and hear it, there would be no problem. I do this work every day and have for 18 years. Sorry I didn't get it correct the fist time.Yes
