Kyocera 2550 Scanner I'm unable to connect via browser

I was able to connect yesterday and I went into the browser ip address and made some changes. Now I am unable to connect via browswer. I checked the settings at the scanner/copier. The ip and subnet and default address are correct. Tried restart, uninstall program and restart scanner. Not sure what to do. Thanks for any help

- I can ping it from the desired computer. Yesterday when I was connected to it I used the quick setup from the cd-rom and the ip address along with the ip address of the copier and scanner and another copier showed up. Now the scanner ip address doesn't show up. I check all physical connections and restarted everything. I know it has something to do with a setting I changed while connected via the browser. I will check tomorrow at work on the installation cd to see if I can see a screenshot of the setting I think I changed. Is there any way to reset default settings at the machine? Thanks

Print out a service status page to verify the ip address. Can you ping it from your workstation?

Check the PC that you are trying to scan to amd make sure that the Scanner File Utility is up and running. You can check this by looking for the scanner icon in the bottom right corner, if it's not there click on start, all programs, scanner user software, scanner file utility, click on Scanner Utility to bring it back up, it just might have gotten closed accidently. If none of this works go into the control panel and click on firewall amd make sure file and printer sharing is checked, if it is you may have to turn Windows Firewall off to make the Scanner work.
