I am just about to disconnect our old oven and have found the live and neutral and am fine with how they connect but am a little unsure as to how the earth will connect to the small earth tab on the new oven.

You may need to get a wire connector to install on the ground (earth) wire, so it can be connected to the terminal connection point on the new oven.

If one wasn't provided with the oven, some do this as a service, just look at the ground terminal or in the bag with the instructions, etc. for one. If not, you should be able to purchase one, you'll just need to get one that fits the wire, so knowing the gauge of the wire (either Awg or Kcmil size) will make this easier to get the right connector size.

I recommend that a ring terminal be used, so in the event that the fastening screw might loosen, the ring terminal will not fall off the contact point, whereas a fork terminal could and can come off much more easily.

Not having more detailed info about the brand and where you're located, makes further possible solutions difficult to provide, since Fixya doesn't require requestors to provide any info on what country they're in, etc.

Nonetheless, I hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

Live wire connection has 3 connectors for 3 phase. Do I put in all there bridges when connecting to single phase

Your question is not mate. What do you exactly want to do? If I understand that you have a single phase apparatus you wanted to connect it from a three phase box. If that is the case, then you have three options:
1. If the wires are new colour coded ones then you have to take your neutral wire from the blue wire and the live from any of the other three.
2- for old colour codes , take the neutral from the black wire and the live from any of the other three.
3- finally. Connect the neutral from the black or blue and the live from any of the other three red ones if the wires are in a conduit or trunking. I hope this answers your questions. Good luck

Unfortunately the EGO 50.52076.070 is not the correct replacement for a Diamond H 31ER1HT as it does not have a live pilot connection.

Hi.
Live goes to live as normal earth to earth as normal, and the neutral is probably a comonj terminal, in other words it probably has a lnk joining the 2 neutrals together.

Aeg competence oven fan not working

If fan has stopped altogether, then you definately need a new one, to be sure you need to disconnect and remove the fan and bench test it.
Hook up a 240v supply to the fan and see if it runs, if not then it is no good..
It does not matter which terminals you connect live and neutral too as it is common to both terminals. do not connect feed to earth by mistake.
Plz leave feedback.

Installation guide - bosch hbn131250b

1. The screws seem to need a small hex screwdriver, but I managed to get my normal electrical screwdriver to fit - they are not too tight.
2. The wiring is straightforward - there is an earth position with no wire from the oven attached, marked with the standard earth sign, that should connect to your yellow/green wire. The other two connectors have either a blue (neutral) or a brown (live) wire attached to them - they should connect to your black (neutral in old money) or red (live) wires

Use your original wire and hook up Left to right Line Neutral, and Ground. L N G. Black wire is Line. Green wire is Ground. not sure what UK uses for Neutral. I just know that you need a big wire. And the voltage is supposed to be 220-240Volts.
