1 month old air conditioner wont turn on

The conditioner was working fine last night.. Turned it off this morning.. Went to turn it on and it wouldn't go on.. I did the plug breaker and got an E-1 error message on conditioner.

Return it for a refund or a repalcement if less than 30 days you can get a replacement at the store.
