Question about Compaq iPAQ Home Internet Appliance IA-1 (178358-001) PC Desktop
I don't have msn service anymore I have changed to comcast
service. How to I go about using this computer with that service.
This is where you should be in contact with Comcast Tech Support 1-888 262-6300.
The INSTALL tech should have had you on-line before he left.
You need to conect your TV/Computer Cable to a Cable modem and a CAT 5 cable to your NIC (Network Interface Card)
All the lights on the modem should be on except the TEST light and the DATA light should be blinking.
You may have OLD drivers for the Cable modem, download those from another computer from the modem MFG.
Nothing else is required.
