Fader/sub/speaker not working properly

I'm not an expert but often people connect subs to normal speaker wires in back of the radio. You need a dedicated subwoofer line so high frequency sound doesn't go to the subs. Only bass. Sounds like it wasn't wired properly.

I just bought the car last week, and only the right front speaker is working. I thought the stereo was bad and replaced it with a new one only to find the same issue. Is it possible that they may have a...

Every stereo has it's intricacies, once you learn the controls then you can adjust the sound. if you have adjusted the balance to equal, then you may have a broken by door swing ground or positive, sometimes the ohms are split by a common positive connection (front and rear) contained with in the circuit of left or right. This crappy circuit could kill 3 of your 4 speakers, but then with the addition of an after market sub, who knows what kind of monkey business has been committed. Start from scratch in stead of chasing down electrical gremlins. Run new wires to all the speakers, dump the sub. Rebuild what should be there in the first place. Verify manufacturers connections and your interpretation of said, in the harness. Verify that the radio or amp can handle a sub without some goofy mono marriage of rear channels to obtain required ohms for crappy walmart sub Bazooka.

On second thought go to best buy, apply for credit card, and tell them that you want to bump down the road.

Rear speakers are dead, never got them to work. Changed front to back and rears work so speakers and wireing are good. Is it possible that because I did not hook up a center speaker this is the problem?

if its a 5.1 channels it means 2 front speakers,2 rear speakers or either the center speaker or the subwoofer.try to hook up either center speaker or subwoofer.

Our two left speakers, front and rear will not

Check the connection on the back of the receiver. Check the balance setting, make sure that it's in the middle. Try another mode like stereo, you should hear left and right front only. Also, if your receiver has an on screen menu, check the dB levels for the front and rear left speakers. Good luck!

Not able to figure out how to turn off the outside speakers.

This receiver has four channels. Typically in a car that would be two front and two rear speakers. I would guess that the outside speakers are the rear channels and the inside speakers are on the front channels. Look in the manual for front to rear balance adjustment, and place the balance on front. Hopefully, the inside speakers will work, and the outside speakers will not.
If this does not work, get back to me and we'll figure out other possible solutions.

Front door speakers don't work.

it sound as if the front speaker channel has gone out. You could try disconnecting the power to the cd player, wait 5 minutes and hook it back up. Also, you could try adjusting the fade control from front to back and see if you get any sound, but it really does sound like the channel has gone out

Need to know what wires are the back and front speakers

easy to check out bro get some power to your tuner give it half volume even if its just radio static -adjust the fader to the front only and plug the speaker leads into the different colored wire groups -one group at a time -if i remember correctly there should be 4 color groups white/white-black and grey/grey-black should be your front left/right and green set should be rear along with a purple but if you arent sure then do like i said and just fade to the front and hook up a speaker to each color group -the 2 groups that work now- are your front leads-you can then determine left from right by adjusting the balance.label your leads with some tape and a marker for next time and good luck

Pioneer car sttereo without manual. front speakers work but rear speakers silent

Press the audio button (A button in right hand upper corner) till you see FADE or BAL press the up down or left right arrows to adjust the fade and balance till all your speakers work.

If they still dont work, check the wiring at the speaker and the wiring behind the head unit to make sure their properly intact and properly grounded.
